This man here is a thief who defrauds unexpected victims and claims he can give them a band 8.5 or 9 in ielts. He is wanted by the Nigeria Police and Efcc. His name is Kehinde Folorunsho David. He lives in Ibadan . He has been defrauding his victims for 10 years plus. He deleted threads from of people who post this pics and his scamming ways@nairaland
