1- downloaded photoshop cc 2020, about 1.8 GB.


i tried installing but got this error 195, that i need to update system.

Please how do I fix it?




I saw a youtube video that said i should uopdate my windows.

1- Please like how many MB will the update consume?

2- My windows isn't genuine (it is cracked). will the update lock me out or cause problems?

I have updated my windows 10 and photoshop cc 2020 is working perfectly now.

updating to windows 10 current version consumed about 4.3GB.

I've done that already, in the process of updating.


Just that they didn't specify how large the update will be.

so I had to pause and ask

its large if u download d software to update it u will see it there

I downloaded a windows app from their official website (about 5 MB).


That's where I'll update from.

It only shows percentage, not file size

did mine i had to turn off a setting.

I have googled up and down, nothing come out.


This worked when i was using the older version of windows 10. Seems like this current version is so stubborn

I've fixed it by disabling BITS intelligence services in windows settings
