Mehn I just got an info from my uncle that works in a big audit firm that the mail is batch by batch. He said I should keep on checking my mail.
Giving that the exam will span over 5 days, it's too early to say you've been disqualified or not but if at the end of today, we don't get a mail, then we should just forget about it.

I also made a mistake as well. I applied for Advisory because I simply searched online and the website misled me to apply for Advisory.

When I realised, I withdrew my application and reapplied for Tax. Since I didn't get the mail yesterday, I went to my profile on their website only to see that the Advisory position I withdrew its application had been activated again grin grin I just weak.

Exactly what happened to me, initially applied for advisory but withdrew and applied for Assurance only to notice last week it had been reactivated again even after I got the mail confirming the withdrawal was successful. Don’t know if that may be the reason for not getting the mail.

No idea where this information is coming from. PwC does not send send out invites in batches. Invites are sent out over a couple of days. Last year I received the invite on the second day. There is a timetable which is followed to the letter.

Good morning guys.Happy to be here. I got the invite yesterday too. I was told the link to the test would be sent tomorrow.

It seems the test would be proctored, so we all have to get a good working Webcam on our PC.

Can we have a whatsapp group for all who got the invite? Let's share ideas on what is expected during the various stages.

It might not, giving that some other people who didn't fall in this category also didn't get the mail.

l heard some of us didn't get an invite because they withdrew a previous application and applied for another.

It may or may not mean that's the reason the test invite wasn't sent.

Although l have a feeling that the withdrawal feature was put up as a measure to check applicant's attention to detail as it was clearly stated that applicants can't apply for more than one position.

This is just an assumption on my part though, so l may be wrong.

Who needs a study partner for the next one week. We would study together preferably at night, tackling the numerical and verbal questions!! Please, send me an email via Nairaland and we connect from there. I have a lot of past questions we can tackle.

Modalities:
3-4hrs daily (Numerical 2hrs and Verbal 2hrs).
Platform - Google Meets as we would be sharing our screens while studying.
Checking up on each other and giving feedback on study methods.
Cracking many exam secrets and analyzing them holistically.
1 person, preferably a female who applied for Advisory but not limited to that, Assurance and Tax can also be picked.

PS: I applied for Advisory Services and have about 2+ years of experience in the Technology and Energy space.

It was stated in the site that we should not apply for the two positions...we should pick one but I'd apply for both...I think that's what affected me. I feel so bad for myself!...my coconut no reason that instruction. If not I would have taken heed!

I doubt. I applied for the two and just got a mail a while ago for test
