Some client prefer cheap materials but later regret it
One of my client lose millions of naira making use of this materials
Thinking she bought Stone coated roofing sheet (Bond Design)
Not knowing is Aluminium roofing them Go Coat for her after installation the whole roofing start leaking but thank God we have take up the Roofing Job..

1. Pls, apart from this scam case you just treated, does it mean that Longspan Aluminium is inadvisable to procure based on one's pocket value?

2. You mentioned that if someone is looking for cheap product, what would you advice a client who had planned to use Longspan Aluminium Roofing sheet based on his/her pocket budget??

3. What could cause the leaking: nature of the sheet or the incompetence of the installer?

4. What should be done to prevent this leakage (an advice to the client)?

Your kind and experienced reply would be highly appreciated. I have people around me who are highly depending on the answers to this question so as to.make their final decision. Thanks in advance.

1. LONGSPAN ALUMINIUM IS GOOD FOR ROOFING but in this sitution this company have corrugate machine that look like Stone coated Bond design
After they corrugate it they now coat it so that it will look like Stone coated roofing sheet..

2. Yes the client looking for cheap stone coated roofing sheet reason why she fall victim of this..

3. The woodwrk the carpenter did work with type of roofing installed on it..

4. Bad woodwork, bad installation

5. We pull off the whole roofing sheet to reinstalled stone coated roofing
