Mention jus 1 world class player in the West Ham team dats challenging d big boys dis season? Arteta wasn't ripe for coaching a team and still doesn't know how to make substitutions or even pick a consistent first team

West Ham is not playing in Europe and have lesser fixtures compared to arsenal. Remember what happened to burnley when they qualified for Europe and almost went to relegation that same season. Lets see how West Ham will fare in the league next season when the go for European football.

Ur excuse doesn't hold water one bit.. How can a coach not b consistent with his first team? How do U expect to build a team wen U are changing the team everytime. Consistency is what improves players. U can't expect players to b consistent with their performances wen U keep benching dem afta impressive performances. D same Kante dat was consistently benched by Lampard is currently the most inform player in the Chelsea squad. U bench ur most experienced player for more than a WHOLE SEASON while still paying him tons of money and sent out one of ur most promising young players on loan with the excuse of character issues. The same issue Lampard had with Chelsea is the exact same problem Arteta is having.. Inexperience

By consistent I guess u meant using the same first eleven players to execute every match which to me is not feasible. The players will easily burn out and fatigue will come into play. All coaches do rotate their squad players which is normal. In terms of arsenal lacazette has been one of the most consistent player but he just got back from injury and he isn't full fit to start the match. Let's face the truth, majority of these arsenal players are average at best. How many of the players are consistent with their forms. You can't blame the coach and he is only working with what he has.
In terms of Lampard benching kante it's not true. Everyone one knows Kante battled with injuries and fitness during Lampard's reign and was even played out of position during sarri's time.
