.this is how you guys failed woefully.... Military specialist are in specific departments of Military, like Engineering corps, Signal and IT corps, MP, etc Military does not and will never participate in Civil investigation or prosecution, because military run on martial laws, this is why soldiers have seperate court where they are court marshalled
