We are stuck at Eligibilty: Review required - since January.

The VO notes says: Employer of foreign job couldn't be verified.

Pls send a webform with as much evidence as possible that the company exists...CAC, business cards, any and everything.etc.

Review required may not be an issue...but just in case.

All the best!

Thank you. English will not put someone in trouble one day o.

I have been calculating my CRS score with 1 year work experience because I thought I cant use the work i have been doing since in the bakery. I have been thinking of how to get extra 2 years work experience to boost my score so I decided to ask if I can claim it as work experience since he is the owner of a bakery I work in.
GraciousWords:

No vex.....I think he assumed you were claiming supervisor without actually haven worked as one. That's what your comment read like.

Being related to the owner is not an issue so long as the job meets the IRCC conditions for work exp and you can get a letter to that effect.

Good morning house,
I booked online for my IELTS exam made payment online too. It's been one week now and I am yet to receive a confirmation mail from them, my profile keeps showing "booked awaiting approval," should I be worried? And what can I do?
P. S I booked with British Council
Call them, they'd ask you to send your passport to their email, if you haven't already done that. They'll approve afterwards

I have a feeling some people has replied to my post but I can't see them. I have received several "mention" notifications but when I click, nothing displays. Thought to put it out there in case you replied and didn't get an acknowledgement from me.
Thank you all the same.

Hi everyone, thanks for all your supports.
Please I need help.

We applied for PR (CEC) last year and it's been over 6 months now.
We ordered for GCMS notes twice and the second just arrived with enough details. But we have an issue.

We are stuck at Eligibilty: Review required - since January.

The VO notes says: Employer of foreign job couldn't be verified and no trace of the company exist online.
The experience on the job is 50 points and the VO consider it integral because a deduction of the point will make us fall short of our point at the time of ITA.

Please guys what do we do?

PS: the company has no online presence, but it exist (if only IRCC can call one of the phone numbers provided for reference).

My thoughts: I'm thinking we should raise a webform and submit a letter of explanation, attach company's documents and also attach bank reference letter (on the company's account).
....anything to make the company believeable.

What do you think?
How do we get out of this?

Thanks guys.

Kindly educate me more sir, how many provinces need an applicant to apply first, and who are the ones who just pick their interest from the federal pool?

You can apply to Saskatchewan, Manitoba (If you have relation/job offer there), Prince Edward Island, and Alberta (I don't think they have done any draw in a long time). Others pick from the pool.

You can take ACCA to give two or more degrees and that is 33 points extra

Hello everyone I'm about starting this journey. I have simulated my score without my husband (we are not going together, he'd join afterwards) and it's about 440 if I max out my IELTS.
What can I do to improve my scores?
I'm a Chartered Accountant- Ican, have about 6 years of experience. No Msc.
Must I go through the study route?

Thanks boss. Must the relative in Manitoba be a blood relative? Or can friends do?

I have been working in his bakery for the past two years and I have been paid in cash but I don't know if it's possible to use it as my work experience since he is the owner.

There is nothing wrong with using your father's bakery as work experience.

Friends can do too. The relatives or friends could be invited for an interview with the immigration officers. They also have to be in good standing with the Canadian government.

Good evening fam,

Please I’m in such a dilemma.

How do you guys solve this POF process? Like our points are very high, IELTS score is high, every other necessary funds are on ground to the Glory of God, except this 5m POF.

We have cracked our brains concerning this, but still confused on how to go about it and I don’t want to lie as well.

Can it be borrowed?

We are actually going for SINP, so it needs to be seated in the account for 3 months.

About accommodation :
We already plan to settle in my cousin’s house by God’s Grace for a short period before forging ahead.
Do they accept Gift Deed in SINP please?

Secondly, my cousin is the relative we have in Canada and she has been there for almost 2 years on PR as well. She is not working yet but her husband works in a very good company, obviously well paid as they are very comfortable to the Glory of God.

Is she still eligible to be used as a relative
considering she isn’t working ?

POF can't be borrowed, see below from IRCC.....

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html

Details for SINP POF and Close Relative requirements below (click on required documents tab and then required documents drop down).

......my GUESS (na guess o) is that someone can dash you the money i.e. gift deed, perhaps someone who has actually used gift deed for SINP can confirm.....In any case money must be in your account for 3 months before you apply. See below for other details on POF for SINP.

Hope your cousin is a 1st cousin....see below for what your cousin/cousin in law needs to provide. There are 4 items for proof of residence in Sasks. Again someone who has gone through SINP could help clarify if any 1 is fine or all 4 are required. Last item is proof of income, I guess your cousin in law may suffice, looks like step- and in-law close relatives are allowed.

How you all respond effortlessly and out of love is beyond me really!
Words are not enough to proof how grateful I am for this information...thank you super much!!!

She is a first cousin, as she is my Dad’s younger brother’s daughter...I guess this is right ?

About the POF, I read somewhere that they don’t accept Gift Deed but if it worked for someone else, it should definitely work for us too.

This is our major challenge really!

I’ll go through the links.

Thank you so so so much !

For SINP, dont present a gift deed. The money could come as a gift but you need not menton to SINP that it's a gift as SINP does not require you to state source of funds. Let the money sit in your account for 90 days, (i recommend 93 days to avoid any dates calculation issue). Then simply present your 3 months statement of account. Note: they are very strict on the 90days rule

My only work experience that match is my work in NYSC in the lab in a hospital

Hello everyone. I have L6.5, R6, W6.5 and S7. I used this result to check my eligibility and I got a message that I do not appear to meet the eligibility. But, it was stated in page 1 that one can create profile with 6666.

Can I go ahead to create my profile and continue with my preparation in rewriting IELTS ?

Hello everyone, please I need your assistance.
Qualification:
M.Sc. Chemistry (Biochemistry)

Just got this result
L 7.5, S 7, R 6.5, W 6.5.

Done with WES

Presently working as customer representative officer and my father is into a bakery business and I do work there on my free time. I'm thinking of choosing a baker under NOC while filling online form to enter express pool and intend to pick Alberta province to live and work, looking at PNP

Please I need your advise as regards to what documents must be presented to substantiate my position as a baker when the right time comes in the bakery business. Also what it is eligibility of a baker in Alberta. However while planning to write another IELTS for better score.

Thanking you in advance.

Are you applying for the federal programme FSW or a PNP? It's only SINP I'm aware of that has this requirement.

Would advise you thoroughly digest page 1 and the embedded IRCC links marked HERE.
