I don't know who is building this structure that is located at Udoka estate, first gate Awka, it has underground floors from Kwata flyover looking at the building you will notice the are on the 8th floors but from inside the estate 7th floors decking they are casting that's where I stand to capture the building, the way they are going I guess it will be the tallest building here in Awka, as it's now you will be seeing the building from Regina junction
