ESN/UGM definition clearly states that any collaborator with the government against their activities, Igbo or no Igbo is a saboteur and should be treated as an enemy.

The reason simple and glaring. Part of the vigilantes job is to stop the activities of those criminal UGM/ESN. And secondly, vigilantes work closely with the police. So, vigilantes are threat to ESN, aka UGM. You get it now?

Then, they should work out an amicable resolution so as not to set off a conflict among themselves. It is also possible that there is a third force, soldiers, DSS or even FG militiamen that is hitting the vigilante to make it look like it were UGM. It is very possible.

I don't doubt the rest of your submission. I'm only trying to dispel the notion that vigilantee started after the creation of ESN by IPOB.

The truth is that those vigilantee are as bad as the Useless Nigerian police. The only difference is that why a vigilantee member can be dismissed by the PG of a town, the criminal Nigerian police are untouchable.

Vigilantee can never work with ESN because they are under the control of the police.
