Hello guys, the engine thermostat of my Mazda 626 has failed. I need urgent replacement. Pls who has any idea where I can get another OEM thermostat for this car in Nigeria without having to order from abroad...abeg all our gurus should pls show up here

Can you share a picture of the thermostat. Every thermostate start has a temperature rating.From the type you posted,it looks like the same I change in my Mazda Tribute just yesterday.Mine was Motorcraft with temp rating 188F .Got a very good tokunbo at Ladipo for 6k.I.learnt it is the same type in Ford Edge,Taurus and Mazda CX -9 which accounts for the high cost. New one is 10k but its China.Go to Ladiponmarket with your thermostat ,you will get it their

Sorry ,I can't.I just walked into the market and sourced it.Where are you based?I believe there should be sellers in any parts market whichever state you are.You can ask the people selling engine,.They can easily remove one for you.But make sure its your exact fit.
