“We arrested persons with fake army uniforms carrying 18 AK-47 rifles and handed them over to the police.

There’s someone in that video whose funeral held sometime in February of this year.

I’m not trying to play down on the insecurity situation but,it’s clearly an old video and the former Deacon speaking there was merely playing politics at the time because he was seeking re-election.
