I cant tell much about Cybersecurity jobs from Nigeria because I dont live there and don't know much happening there after being here for almost two decades now, but I think there are strong possibilities, especially now that the world is dealing with covid-19 and everyone is working remotely.
If Indians living in India still get cybersecurity jobs with major firms in different parts of the world, then Nigerians in Nigeria should not be left out. Like I said, I had friends in Nigeria working in the IT space for firms all around the world, but not in the Cybersecurity line, but most of them have now left Nigeria.

3. Around $300 per month.
4. I enjoy the work flexibility that the gig provide, as I can work whenever and wherever i want. But there are peak hours(8pm -5am) though, when audios files are in infinite flow.

Working remotely is one of the best feeling ever. I mean, the flexibility, liberty to work at your own convenience, earning in hard currencies etc. You don't have to subject yourself to the many hassles, inconvenience and frustrations that are accompanied with onsite jobs.

Six months later, they called again (a different position). This time, the country was already on lockdown, so I started off working from home just like everyone else. Lol...that's the first problem. I can guide you as to my process but I will only share some websites with people who are already experienced in the field.

1. Find something you are good at for which remote workers are in high demand:

2. Make sure you have proof of concept

3. Do a simple Google search
a. Search companies within a certain region
b.Check the websites that come up - look for a careers/jobs page
c. Don't limit your search to the first page of search results. There are gems to be found on page 10 and so on.

For me, I had formal trainings on it. After studying Elect/Elect in a polytechnic in Nigeria, I proceeded for Bachelors in Information Technology in a US university and a Masters In Cybersecurity in another US University, so it was easy relating to the concepts for me.

Not everyone takes that route though as our backgrounds are likely going to be different. Just understand that Cybersecurity is very broad as well and you just have to choose an area that you like. There are areas like Network Security, Application Security, Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Security, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security etc. You may only be able to master one or two of these areas, otherwise your resume appears like that of a confused person.

Some people just decide to take remote trainings from one of the numerous Indians that train remotely and back that knowledge up with certifications and it helps them grow, irrespective of their background, because IT actually cuts across multiple disciplines, so anyone from any background can switch to it.

I have seen Nigerian lawyers who switched into IT here in the US as they find it more lucrative, and they began by just taking online trainings from some Indians.

So let's say you're interested in the Application Security aspect of Cybersecurity, you can just do a Google search for "Application Security Training in India" and you will be presented with a bunch of trainers that can train you remotely. Some will even help you build out your resume and give you interview tips.
