We have been contracted to construct a 5Bedroom Duplex and 2bedrooms BQ in Anambra state.

CONTRACTOR: STINOS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD (09033750422)

CLIENT: A Facebook friend.

Estimated Project duration: 210days.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance Porch.
Ante-room.
Main Lounge.
Dinning.
Kitchen with store
Guest toilet.
Guest bedroom.
Laundry.

FIRST FLOOR.
Family lounge with balcony.
Master's bedroom with balcony and walk in closet
3bedrooms all ensuite and cross ventilated.

We are done with the excavation of the foundation trenches, blinding of the foundation footings and the columns have been equally introduced. So the brick layers have started laying blocks for the foundation wall.

The formwork for the starter columns and plinth beam has been concluded and we're now pouring concrete in the columns and plinth beam.

We have started laying blocks from the ground floor to the lintel level. Its going to be 11 coaches instead of the normal 9 coaches. The bedrooms and living room windows are 900mmx1800mm.

Reinforcements ( 4y12 @ 300 c/c ) for the lintel has been concluded and carpentry formworks are on going. We'll start casting hopefully by Monday.
