We are using duct piping system for the plumbing works but it won't be possible in the toilet for the Master's bedroom so we decided to use conduit for only the master's.

As we're waiting for the iron benders to round off with the reinforcements for the first floor slab we decided to start the setting out profile and excavation for the 2bedroom BQ beside the duplex. BQ features: Entrance Porch. Ante-room. Main Lounge. Dinning. Kitchen with store. 2bedrooms all ensuite and cross ventilated.
