Please my fellow nairalanders if you hear “ Lumos electricity “ japa, don’t hesitate because they are bunch of crooks and their after sale service to customers is non existent. My Lumos prime box has been faulty for more than two weeks they have refused/ neglected to fix it despite my plea that I will even pay for the service . Please japa so that you will not regret later

To recover part of the money the NCC fines them, MTN has resorted to stealing from Nigerians.

But Nigerians also deserve it for voting in a clueless president that uses Starcomms

I knew that from onset, I would rather buy my inverter elsewhere

Mine got bad and was replaced...exercise patience,they will replace it.It took mine almost a month before it was replaced.

I came here to read the actual fraud but got disappointed.

The best alternative is BEEBEE JUMP SOLAR. I have used it for close to 2years now. You can charge it with GEN or PHCN too. It's the best for a moderate budget on solar electricity. This is from an over-satisfied customer. Thank you.

You called 10k monthly a moderate budget.

Carrying my 2 Dc fans, 4 bulbs, Tv and charging my laptop/phones and a warranty on the battery of 6-8years, I am ok. Our perspective of moderate budget may be different though. I think they have a flexible payment plan too. I think it's 168k to pay over 1,2or 3years. I am not sure if it's still at that price.

Mine also carry LCD 14inch tv, gotv decoder, laptop, phones , normal fan. But since you mentioned DC fan I think i will get it to reduce the load from the normal fan. I pay 8k monthly and it save cost than using I pass my neighbor generator.

Yours has a 2 years payment plan and mine is 4 years payment plan.
