Allow states to mine their resources and control it then send 30% to FG for national defence, Immigration and foreign affairs. State Police. Dazzol. Then make the FG weak as to the fact that the President doesn't have the final say in issues affecting states. 1 Like |

People claimed most Nigeria states are viable if Nigeria is restructured and I asked , what's stopping them from being viable a d reliable without depending on the oil money before restructuring? |

North is only afraid of regional government because they lack leaders that can manipulate resources into an enviable products and opportunities. |
