May their children be their nightmare and their wealth their mystery. Those who drove us here, those who are driving us now and those who have plan of driving us to this position will not be spared.
I am touched that a job of 25k monthly salary ( i.e. lesser than $50 monthly) is what is demanding national deliberation in this nation.
Anyway this is my advice. The real estate job will frustrate you but it will drill tenacity, zeal and drive into you. Making real estate sales is not easy. Remuneration might not be regular but if you eventually pull a good hit, you can redifine your dream from there.
As for the teaching job, you can stay a few a career. Although the income might be steady (if the management is faithful) but with 25k, you will soon realize that what gulps your salary is more than transport and house rent. You have dreams and some unbudgeted responsibilities to service.
Best bet, take both. You can be doing real estate marketing as side biz but take up the school job.
My final and golden advice is this, 'give yourself a timeline to progress exponentially or abandoned either or both positions'. Dream big!

Take the marketing job at your own risk

Thank you sir. I will try to make research or visit the real estate office if it's possible I engage in only online marketing for them, then with that I'll be able to have time for the teaching job. Thanks once again

Why I will take the teaching job.... A home away from home will give me enough time to think and focus on myself while I teach.... As you teach, grab a laptop closer to you and start applying for those scholarship programs or run an M.Ed with NOUN...

you can also work with the estate firm while you teach by marketing their product online and also reach a percentage agreement with them and forget about the stipend

Truth is you can take both at the same time because I see the teaching job as full time employment while the marketing job can be an auxiliary hustle since you won't be confined to one office or something and you could actually get contacts from the school for sales. But if you're to choose one then the teaching job would be a better choice.

Go for the teaching job.
Real Estate? If it's a rented apartment, good but selling land in an area that in the next 10 years won't get developed is a tough job.

Take the marketing job; at least you’ll have time for yourself but also take this free advice that has been tested by me:

1. Don’t waste too much time looking for who will buy house of 40 million from you. E hard. Plus you no be girl wey client fit fuccck before he pay.

2. Be collecting your stipends sha o. But use the time to also scout for self cons and 1 bedrooms up for rent in your locality.

3. Market them. Especially on IG. Run lead gen or engagement Facebook ads with nice pictures of the property. Facebook and IG.

4. Take your prospects for inspection and enjoy your Agency fee when they pay to rent. You don’t have to run around in the sun to earn Agency fee. Use sponsored ads approach.

Finally, if you choose to sell your Freedom and Time for any means of livelihood, then you’ve truly lost!

Which of the two options is closely related to your career path or passion?
I would advice you go for the teaching, though the take-home is small sha.
One way to ' see front ' if you should take up the teaching offer is to upskill yourself after work by doing online courses on IT and allied courses and do remote works.
As a teacher, add value to your profession and use your teaching stint to plan your career shift ,if at all you want to.

I have done the two jobs before. Had it been it was bank marketing, I would have advised you to go for the marketing job because banks pay you even when you didn't meet your targets.

But, in your case teaching job will be better because accommodation has been taken care of, your peace of mind is garaunteed but it might tire you down too.

What do you cherish most comfort zone with little stress, little or no growth then choose teaching, if you can withstand stress, disappointment, frustration but an ability to overcome most of your unfounded fears, learn the skills you need to be your own Boss choose the real Estate

Well it depends on your choice Dude. Marketing job could be challenging although it is interesting as you are to meet ppl, go out to fetch transactions to meet up with your target.

But Teaching on its own part, have minimal pressure compared to Marketing Job. The difference is only if you can withstand the pressure from your boss and know fully well not getting results in marketing leads to the termination of your appointment.

Talking from experience here.
