President Buhari was to attend an Africa-France Summit in Paris That summit got cancelled because of covid-19. Memos were sent out ahead of time telling participants. Buhari probably didn't see the memo. Already in Paris probably relaxing, visiting the Louvre or Champs-Elysees |

Bubu wont come to Nigerians and talk to them but is quick to travel miles away to see a Macron. What a senseless misplaced priority by Bubu and his team. What benefit or use now at this time will this meeting bring. It is so sad, horrible and insensitive to the plight of Nigerians.
