The structure of Nigeria can not allow a good leader lead Nigeria well. That means Nigeria can never be better except it is restructured. If it is restructured, even a bad leader will lead well.

Under the 1999 Nigeria constitution, nobody. It's not the candidate we have problem with but the system.

Can't sincerely name anyone for now but my take is that person must be willing to have self denial while on the seat of power in Aso Rock.

Base on the content of 1999 constitution, the Nigerian president is unarguably the most powerful man in the world while the governors are empowered to be like warlords in their respective states

Self denial is needed by any would-be president of Nigeria because the military who drafted the Wordings of the constitution intentionally fashioned it to suit their parasitic, oligarchical, elitistic, feudal and sabotaging interest.

The letters of the constitution makes the man in Aso Rock a lord over the ants, hence, reason why the every sitting presidency always see critics of powers human right activists and callers for restructuring as their enemies who are out to limit and clog the lordship that the letters of the 1999 document gave them.

So self denial is key to ruling Nigeria for a symbiotic reign.
