Does it mean that those non Igbo IPOB executives truly represents the will of their own people?

Ika and maybe Ukwuani and Ndokwa West LGA might go with Niger Delta over BIAFRA.
But Aniocha and Oshimili with Ndokwa East would most likely on the Majority rise with BIAFRA, and once they do, Ika, Ukwuani and Ndokwa East would reluctantly tag along with them.
