Fake news everywhere.

The onus of proof lies on the shoulder of the accuser, what is your proof?

You don't just arrest people going about their legitimate businesses then tag them internet fraudsters. undecided

For how long would they continue to arrest up and down. Isn't it clear to them that there is a deeper problem going on. From Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Imo, PH, Warri, Ibadan, Illorin...virtually all parts of southern Nigeria. There has to be a big problem

Without jobs this problem won't go away. The people in the govt cannot continue to fritter out the country's wealth and create zero jobs and you turn around to keep arresting the youths that have resorted to self help while you live in your coveted mansions built with stolen commonwealth

While no one holds brief for Internet crimes, the spate of continuous arrest suggest this problem won't go away and this strategy isn't working

The youths are gradually turning against the EFCC and many others turning into kidnapping. Soon lawlessness would be all over the land. The government needs to change strategy and act fast before chaos ensues

These EFCC guys are absolutely crazy. Do they get commendation from their bosses every time they parade young men for internet fraud ?

Nigeria legal system is a mess, you get arrested and they begin investigation, in saner climes, you would have been thoroughly investigated before an arrest unless there is a probable cause.

The EFCC agents are a product of the Nigeria system, they have no understanding of real investigation, I suspect this is just another opportunity to extort money from these young men.

I can bet most of them are not in those positions based on merit but through connections. We get what we deserve, you vote incompetent people to power, you get incompetent results

I weep for that country called NIGERIA.

No matter how you look at it.
The EFCC are doing a great job.

It's funny how we want a greater and better Nigeria and yet we celebrate internet fraud.

Stop wailing.

Some of you don't vote, those who vote do so on tribal and religious sentiments. When you sacrifice competence for religion and tribe, you expect the nonentity you voted to perform magic, right? Dream on, papi!

Until Nigerians grow beyond those two factors, just know that there won't be jobs and the EFCC will keep picking these boys up.

And if anyone tries to protest against the EFCC, I will personally organize a counter protest. The agency is doing a great job, cleaning up our cyberspace of online fraudsters.

Una must get sense by force.

Top down approach (solution) should be adopted to prevent this menace in our society. If there are jobs for youths to do, more than 80% of those guys wouldn't engage in Internet scamming. Govt should wake up and do the needful. We will give unemployed youths 5K, na just mouth and empty promise.

The continous arrest should hav given a red flag long ago as to know modalities to be put in place.

Fvck the government.
