Please Nairaander, recently i have been seeing this all over my body. I have used all types of fungi creams all to no avail.

Please I need help on how to remove this things from my body.

Have you tried break oil and nizoderm consistently?

It's skin reaction

It could be due to food, environment or probably you came in with a male or female infected person and the sweat dirps on you
