Actually, what is happening in the SE has happened and is happening in the NE.

Exactly. UGM is mostly urban.

Boko used to be urban until the Army dealt them a big blow in 2009. That's when they went to the wilderness...making things harder.

They put in those energy because if they don't, the so called UGM will go to their offices to kill them. Never underestimate the extent a man fighting for his life can go.
