Despite being in a shit team, he still plays well and stands out from the rest. In Laliga, He has more dribbles completed, passes completed, free kicks goals, highest goal scorer in the league with just 3 being penalties, not forgetting assists also.
If Messi were to switch team with mbappe, I doubt if mbappe would perform like the way he's doing atm. Try watching the highlight of barca vs atletico Bilbao on youtube if you havent.
