this report is quite revealing. Imagine boko haram sending kids and teenagers abroad to acquire training not only as militants but as doctors, civil engineers, ict professionals etc. This is an eye opener to those wrong notions in some quarters that boko haram are mostly illiterates.

btw, AFP is a credible source, so i believe in the authenticity of this report.

It was ISWAP that sent their members abroad for training not Boko Haram. ISWAP is more sophisticated and organized than BH

If what was reported in this write-up is anything close to the truth, they were fighting BH to dislodge them from that hideout so that they can make the place their new home and hide in the mountains to escape air strikes from the military.
