How did I corroborate that he's not useful? Did u read what I wrote very well? I only responded to ur first post. I was only clarifying ur point that he's not useful, not that he's not useful, but only being incapacitated by the constitution. He can not resign, how many VPs around the world resigned from their post? If he resigns, does that turn Nigeria to America or UK? The president that has all the constituted authority and power to turn things around, he's busy doing the wrong thing, u never ask him to resign. Abeg case closed.

When u say that he is "incapacitated by the constitution", what does that mean? Does it mean he is useful or not useful?
