Nice pictures but no, maybe back in 2006 when development was ongoing on the Island but now unless you move most of the population out and demolish their houses it won't be a great market for tourism.
Not true, there’s more development in Lagos presently than probably at any time in its recent history...

Whites make up only 27% of Capetown, stop lies
Dude, the city centre of Cape Town is overwhelmingly white...
Not really interested in the outlying areas (that seem largely mixed-race populations).

When Lekki Phase One and Two were just starting out and prime land was available for building was not properly sectioned and organised. Tourist attractions were not built and most of the land was bought by real estate developers to sell houses at enormous prices.

Add to the fact that there is only one main road from Lekki to Epe and other potential access points are blocked by Estate after Estate it doesn't make a good environment for tourism as the residents alone are already choking up the road with traffic.

Now the land in Lekki is just houses, small scale business and miscreants opening shops left and right.

The government is now trying to compensate for this missed opportunity with that white elephant project called Eko Atlantic.

MrMaestro:
I wonder how he thinks one tall building ends up being many. Maybe he thinks they all appear at the same time. Some black people have so little self worth that when they see others building they can't help but tear it down because they themselves are worthless. A psychologist needs to do a study on this. Many people would be diagnosed with this disorder.
Oga appreciate what you have, that's how you have more
