Palestine also needs such allies and the UAE & Saudi Arabia can't be trusted anymore since improving relations with Israel (Trump move). Therefore Palestine should also rely on powerful allies with nuclear capabilities such as Iran, Russia and China. But what does Palestine have to offer them, that's the question it will need to answer - but they all support a two-state solution anyway, and they want to stick it tho the US.
