Let us be true to ourselves many states dont need to pay ex looters (Governors) pension for life.
Let us be true to ourselves the payment of crazy salaries and allowances to political office holders.
We can never develop as a country having such leaders.
The problem of this country is foolish Citizens like you that will continue support corrupt leaders...
Your stupidity I guess is a classic example of people who reason out of their anus.what is the percentage of what is stolen by politicians. For your info. Theirs no politician who can steal a dime without the express support of civil servants.
2. Bulk of salaries collected by politicians is a small fraction of the that collected by the civil service. Yes politicians are known theives which collect which the screwed constitution as created official monies for. They only get their own graft when salaries have been paid to bulk of the unproductive workers. These same workers would always demand egunje for the official work they are meant to do which they have been paid for.People like you are the problem ,if given the opportunity you will employ your kitty and kin into an already over bloated service draining your state need funds for development. Civil service and politicians are one and the same.

Stop replying to your own subconscious imaginations. It makes you look deranged. I never supported paying of idle hands. I pointed out the fact that el rufai has been paying them willingly all along when crude income was higher. Why is he(El Rufai) just realizing all the off point stuff you are writing to me?
there are many reasons why decisions are taken . Which depends on various factors.such as time,. Funds, political consideration, it does not matter when he decides to move with the recommendation, mind you this is not a new thing ,there have been various recommendation as regards the downsizing of the civil service across all strata of government. The decision as to be made. Either they negotiate for salary reduction or retrenchment of some ,either way what is best for the 98% +should be the goal

If u don't know. Know this now. It is not the duty of gvt to create jobs they are not factory. Kaduna state is a stepping stone of what will happen in future. Civil servant hence forth begin to plan for future sake and avoid surprise package

What challenges the state is facing? Let the governor engaging in modulated salary structure instead of downsizing the work force.

Your foolishness knows no bounds. The UK government is returning 4.2 million pounds just for only one ex governors stolen funds and yet you open your dirty mouth to say what is the percentage of what is stolen by politicians.....
You are a big goat

This is anti-electoral in nature. He only needs restructuring civil service in the state in such a way that the state needs not conduct recruitment of workers in years.

All this King Kong behaviour ends when the breathe of life ends. At such stage u can't threaten anyone, so why behave like a short god? Well, since his height is already downsized, he feels the work force should be as well.
Is it their hospital?
If they're tired of working they can go but who are they to lock up vhf hospitals?

He complained during okonjo first term which is basically since beginning of democracy. And he was not governor when oil was expensive. He came in with buhari but your short memory is making you get emotional

This El-rufai self. See his argument, that you don't lock up a facility (nepa) to go on strike, rather according to his interpretation of the law, you walk away, imagine from a facility as sensitive as electricity.
Imagine a housewife walking away from the kitchen while her food is cooking in the gas, because she decided to go on strike, when she could have simply off the gas, lock the kitchen and go away. Okay now, if she did what El-rufai prescribed and the kitchen caught fire, who will be responsible for the disaster. The reasons why power officials shut up the facility was for safety.
Why must she lock the kitchen? Did she build vhf kitchen ? Is it her property? She turns off the gas and water so as not to be sued for damages if it explodes or floods. But she has no right to lock it up. Do you lock up your office when you are sacked from office?

Redundant workers cannot sustain any establishment, they'll kill it.
You then put structures and punitive measures the way its done in the private sector

This has not worked for the past 50 years. What's giving you hope that it will work now?

The only template that can work is to infuse the private sector and reduce govt control to like 40%. Similar to what is happening in NLNG and the Discos.

And if this happens, workers will still be sacked. Private sector does not carry unproductive baggage like govt.
