The amalgamation of Nigeria should never have occurred cos from all indications it’s obvious we can never be one and will never be one. We must not live together as one nation. We can still be good trade partners even without living together. The people of Niger Delta are willing to fight with the Igbos & the Yorubas for the actualisation of Biafra & Oduduwa but I want to make it clear that when we eventually break away from Nigeria, we don’t want to be part of Biafra or Oduduwa rather we want our own nation. There is nothing like Southsouth or Niger Delta, it's a political name coined out of old Eastern Nigeria to decimate Igbos after the end of the civil war.


Akwa Ibom people fought with Igbos and their son was the VP of Biafra during the civil war, and there are many Akwa Ibom people who are diehard IPOB and ESN members.


Remember Akwa Ibom people share boundary with Abia people and even share similar cultures and values in some boundary communities. So you or I or anybody cannot force them to join Biafra or Niger Delta Republic, it is a free and fair referendum that can give them the chance to decide where they wish to belong.


Also remember some communities in Southeast were politically ceded to Rivers State to decimate and spite Igbos after the war.


Many of such communities who are Igbo speaking communities will be more comfortable sharing country with their Igbo bloodlines in Biafra than in a multicultural and multi tribal Niger Delta where they will be hugely marginalized as we can see in present day Rivers State where Governor Wike and his people openly and brazingly marginalize Oyigbo people cos of their Igbo heritage.

There are Igbo speaking communities also ceded to Kogi and Benue States just to reduce Igbo size and political strength. Those Igbo communities will prefer to join their brothers in Biafra or any other nation it will be called. All Igbos are asking for is fairness to all not to some.

There is nothing such as people of Niger Delta. There many ethnic nationalities whose ancestral homes lie in Niger Delta. Every Igbo person in Niger Delta will definitely be part of Biafra or Republic of Igbo land.
