I am in need of a meal plan for a Type 1 Diabetic.
I would appreciate any help in sourcing a suitable one.

You can choose any of these for breakfast
- pap sweetened with honey and soy powder
- plain unsweetened yoghurt or green tea , akara and wheat bread
- wheat based cereal
- oat meal with milk, hard boiled egg

For lunch, choose any of these
- brown or local rice with tomato stew
- Eba with vegetable soup
- wheat with bitter leaf soup
- roasted chicken
:Lean meat
Salmon or sardine
Take tomato and lettuce salad with little or no dressing
Avocado and carrots should be taken liberally

For dinner, you can go with any of these
Agidi/ cornmeal with peppersoup
- moi moi with pap
Loca rice with ofe akwu
Jollof rice , chicken, turkey and plain salad
Beans pottage
Beans and rice
One pot plantain and vegetable pottage
Potatoes with fresh tomato sauce
