Toefl is not required just get a letter from your secondary school stating you studied in English

First you have to authenticate your waec at moe and mfa then you need to book legalization date at the embassy and legalize your waec

I guess the Waec result was issued by your secondary school then it still serves the same purpose

If your waec results already have your grades/marks on the diff subjects you passed on it which I know it does then I do not see why you need transcript of records again. Ask your school if waec is sufficient. But I should think so....

Thanks Bro. Just did and got confirmation. It seems a lot of the universities have changed tactics and now require you submit legalized documents during the application process.

For legalization it will be done both at the embassy and the MOE and MFA but you have to do it first at the MOE then you move to MFA before going to the embassy for it.
