Regurgitation is the action of bringing swallowed food up again to the mouth—to rechew or swallow it.
Now I want to know, is it a normal act, because I use to do it. I see it as normal and nothing serious.
How do you feel about it. Do you think it's something to stop? Or is it okay?

oh wow and I thought I was the only one in the entire universe... I do it alot especially meat.

Oga make I yan u better, it's a bad habit oo... It's irritating seeing humans regurgitate... It's better u stop it cos it smells bad and people close to u won't find it funny...

Very bullshit behavior. Just like ruminant animals chewing "the curd". I remembered many years back, I use to know someone that does it. After we have eaten, about 30-45 mins later,I will see this guy eating something. When I asked him what he was eating, he will tell me he is redigesting the food we had just finish eaten.
