I don't know the situation about the visa payments and validity. I know it was extended but can't really remember till when.

The reality is appointment dates are now a scarce commodity. Heard no appointments at all in Lagos, while Abuja's earliest appointment is June 2022 (as at monday).

I know few people who have contacted agents to help them secure a date, but I honestly have not used one before.

I really wish you all the best with the search and everything in between and beyond.

I have this serious issue on my brother's DS-160 form.
I filled his DS-160 form and his appointment last year December and he was given appointment date for june 28. But to my greatest surprise, I didnt submit his DS-160 form. I knew that coz I couldn't print the confirmation when I tried to.

It didn't occur to me until this month when he asked to print out the documents for him to get prepared.

I mailed the embassy to report myself but I have not gotten any response for like three weeks. Now.

Is it possible for someone to get an expedited interview appointment with a US B1B2 visa application?

I humbly ask this because I have an appointment date for March, 2022 but it's a but far and I only hope I can get a closer date this year.

I sent my details to someone who helped me. I may have to ask the person the details later.

You still have a valid visa? If you have reasons to travel now, its better you travel with it than trying to renew. Just a suggestion. I don't know your situation.

she just took some time off basically . It was just an honest time off and nothing else and she’s widely travelled . She is in the entertainment industry where she has the luxury of taking such time off work and she was going through some issues and she felt she needed some time away.

If you didn't submitted form DS 160 form you can't be able to booked for appointment.

She has been to the US about 5 times but the last time she travelled 3 years ago she stayed for 4 months

No need to DM me directly. I logged on today to the website and found those date for Lagos as i was surprised it came up. So you just need to log in quick before all time slots are picked.

*Please note, I am not an agent & my responses are just opinion/threads/experience seen*

I do not believe there is any restriction for travel to the US as long as you have a valid visa. So you can travel to the US to visit relatives and family they won't stop you.
For the dates, I have also been looking everyday for dates and I was lucky to see 30th December 2021 for Lagos today, hence the reason why I announced here for people to book it too.
The UK POE is different and they are allowed to ask you any question to throw you off the scent but you handled that well so I do not believe US will be any different or harder.

Do remember visa issuance is not guaranteed.
