Nigerians should normalize baking their own bread like the Kenyans and the Indians do.
Until then, we'll keep being exploited by these bakers.
A heaped 4ltr bucket of flour is just about #1,000.
Do you know how much leavened bread you can make with that amount of flour? As much as a week's worth or even more.
The ingredients needed are just basic cheap ingredients.
You don't even need an oven to bake your bread. You can either use a pot or make flat breads over wide heated pans.
