If you have an account with Wema bank, download their Alat by Wema app. Then create a dom account. It's very easy but with a withdrawal limit of 2k dolls daily and unlimited credit.

you don't need to own account with UBA the africard is a prepaid card you can receive money directly into it then withdraw any were

You will need to go to the bank with valid id and any utility bill receipt, then you are good to go.

Your best bet OP is to use money gram, Western Union, transferwise, zoom to pickup your cash.

After collecting it go to an aboki to exchange it at a higher rate, u would gain more money.
