If this is true then it is highly condemnable. As little as these actions look, they contribute significantly to escalating the palpable tension in the land.

It would be foolhardy to expect relative peace and security after releasing hundreds of stone-hearted criminals back to a community/state that small.

95% of these criminals behind bars were not jailed because they had link with Biafra or IPOB.
