your hard disk has shake or removed from the system, reseat it properly. Second senerio, your hard disk might be connected not removed, your Os bootmanager is corrupted

it uses a switchable graphics feature, the nvidia control panel software might be corrupted on the system or the windows Os, it will require a reinstall or you can firstly try to restore your system back to a later date/month before the issues occur.

Lol.. I'll advise you to take it to a laptop technician for proper check else you will end up getting a new motherboard if you decide to follow this advice.

The liquid will cause corrosion on the laptop components which might lead to the total dead of the motherboard.

A dell laptop should serve you , hp laptops are more expensive

that system is an Amd board. This sounds like the common motherboard failure associated with such system. You can try to perform a hard reset first.

it could also be the system ram, you can try and remove, clean and reseat the ram back properly

Fan runs very fast, this is a sign of bad chip, it's either your graphic chip is bad since it is an AMD laptop or bios is corrupt.
I wouldn't want to say its the RAM because a bad RAM won't make the fan spin very fast but then we can't rule out the possibility.
