I think for one to overcome these visa denials. 8. You have not justified the purpose and conditions of the intended stay You need Letter Of Intent with a heavy bank statement, note with bank statement 2.5million and above. If you have credit card it might be better. Also reserve return ticket. Just research on how people wrote Letter of Intent and the documents they attached. 9. There are reasonable doubts regarding your intentions to leave the territory of the republic of Poland before the expiry of the visa Ties to home country: Landed property, marriage Certificate anything that will make them believe you will surely return to Nigeria. Have a known Poland based Translator to translate the Letter of intent to Polish and Notarise by a Polish Lawyer. The English copy, notarise by a Nigerian Notary Public. You can make an high court sworn affidavit stating that you are returning. Note: I haven't done anything myself but some people that were denied visa (student visas) based on no 8 & 9 got visa after providing this. 7 Likes |

I was denied on number 9 4 days ago...after showing my entry and exit from Dubai for 4 years with my Dubai residents Visa still valid and yet they are afraid I won't return if am given Visa and yet they saw on my passport my return dates from Dubai. Those days when a consulate sees that you travel and exited your previous country with out problems they easily issue you Visa base on your travel history but this Poland own surprised me. on Monday non were given Visa both study and work. this is not to discourage any one but to create awareness on the current situation. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Then this brings to fore what an agent told sometimes ago that it is nearly impossible to issue visa at Abuja embassy as such they don't process work permit for Nigerians.

this is the most important thing matters at the embassy A cover letter is an essential document you should prepare while applying for the Poland Employment National visa. Along with all the other documents, the cover letter should also be presented in the Embassy. As it’s in the name, a cover letter is a letter covering your purpose and intention of going to Poland. I have seen many visas being rejected because they didn’t have a proper cover letter to support their documents. Yes, I know. All your documents are genuine and authentic, but if you don’t have a cover letter, there is a higher chance you won’t get a visa.
