IPOB may not be responsible for all the attacks but they started it. There are people who thrive on chaos. Just like the EndSars protest which started well but was later hijacked by thugs and robbers. IPOB started the mayhem when they attacked the first police station and released all the criminals, and still took it further to killing security agents.
