It's a pity and a sorry sight there. There was enough space and concrete pavement for the driver to wedge his truck against. Why he chose to hit pedestrians is what I don't understand.

I learnt the Driver was being directed to pull up against the concrete pavement but he refused. He also ran away after the incidence even with all his conductors.
