What other way to make cool money? And you think banks will remit the whole 175million to the telecoms? They share the fvcking money while the customers suffer.

Not all banks are publicly traded. Certain banks are not listed. E.g. Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank. Yet, they must also comply.

Mind you, MDs of MFBs like LAPO and the rest will also be required to comply. It is not a function of listing, it is a function of the sector in which they operate. The banking sector is heavily regulated.
