I was playing music on my phone this morning, all of a sudden it just stopped, then i noticed this earphone icon that won't leave my screen, I've tried all i can but still it hasn't left(i inserted my earpiece, then i tried rebooting my phone)

Simple, just blow hard to the hole several times. It will go. Or get cotton wool slightly soaked with spirit and use it to clean inside it. But first option should work.

Probably sweat has enter the phone. You need to dry it

first get a flying pan, put it on fire,allow it to heat very well,put oil,allow the oil to steam then put your phone,simple as abcd,thank me later.

Op, have you tried switching off your bluetooth?

I mean another headset closeby might have connected to your phone unknowingly.

It might even be that the owner switched it on mistakenly and dumped it somewhere.

Just check if your Bluetooth is on.

If it is, switch it off immediately. I believe your problem will be solved.
