Please I need phone guru to tell me how to get out of this mess, because is very frustrating, I can't seem to hear any audio sound from my phone.
I woke up this morning to see an earphone icon on my phone without a earpiece,I have plugged in an earpiece and remove it but the icon is still there,I have switched off my phone and on it but the thing is still there, the worst part of it is that I can't get a audio sound from music or video,I have to put all my calls on loud speakers before I can hear my caller, the whole thing is just giving me frustration, please any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Put the earphone cord again and remove it

and if it didn't work, get spirit dip a soft brush in it then clean the port

Plug in the ear piece, then shut down the phone with the ear piece still plugged in.

On and remove ear piece

Use a third party app to disable it...

Plug a different earphone and use the radio feature. Restart the phone after that.

Put a cotton bud inside the earphone port, turn it around a few times and it should fix it.
