actually Modi gov wants to ban twitter but the amount of backlash in our own country and abroad will be unfathomable. Already these people are ready to pounce as soon as something happens, imagine the image of India if Modi announces a twitter ban. These people will turn a blind eye to Nigeria bu as soon as India does smth, its all global headlines, democracy indexes go crazy etc.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the twitter ban and heavens will not fall.

No amount of blackmail and propaganda will bring Twitter back to Nigeria until they show remorse about their eveil activities in Africa as a whole.

A tax evading app that contributes zero naira (#0) to the treasury of Nigeria will not be allowed to set people up against the government.

An average Nigerian is a white-worshiping, colonised dunderhead for whom Twitter might as well be Angel Gabriel or Jesus himself.

These people making these comments on YouTube have gone beyond feelings of inferiority to oyinbo, and wide-eyed admiration for, and subservience to anything western, which is the level most Nigerians are still at.

The truth is bitter.

You still reason like slaves.

In your dumbass, colonised minds, oyinbo can do no wrong.

LEARN from how the rest of the world reasons. ALL ARE EQUAL and whites are not superior to you.

You hear? Dumbo.
Re: Indians, Americans Support NIGERIA Twitter Ban - Read Comments by FoolishBoy419: 11:12pm On Jun 06, 2021
My only regret is that the ban isn't permanent. Even USA that is complaining cannot tolerate what Twitter is doing in Nigeria. I remember when a lady threatened Obama on Facebook some years ago. She was promptly banned by Facebook and the cops picked her up. During the US elections, merely making a tweet to discredit the electional process prompted many deletions by Twitter on the grounds of fake news (compare that with the amount of lies that were peddled during EndSars protest that Jack openly endorsed). They also banned many Twitter users that supported the attack on capitol Hill (which didn't kill any officer or burn a police station/electional office).

Now these same people are showing support to terrorists that openly celebrate destruction of Nigerian lives/facilities and just when the president stated his plans to treat these criminals with the language they understand, Twitter suddenly remembered its rules and deleted the president's tweet. They should be fully banned.

When it favors you, you will start following white people, then later you will open another thread how white people are the cause of all problems in Nigeria.

Do you think the people supporting the Twitter ban you quoted know the genesis of the situation in Nigeria? Do you think they did any form of research?

What do your likes even want sef, for all of social media to get shit down? I hope you know that nairaland is also social media.

Oh OF COURSE we must know the HISTORY of Nigeria, and white elite colonialists were very much involved in that, Mr slaveboy.

That does not translate to ''hate all white people and ignore everything else they say'' my dear one-track mind cretin.

Do you think the people supporting the Twitter ban you quoted know the genesis of the situation in Nigeria? Do you think they did any form of research?
Have YOU researched Twitter for even ONE SECOND to know their agenda before supporting them like a brainwashed slave?

NO. But those commenters have, which is why we say they are on a different level from most of you Nigerians who still reason like SLAVES WITH ZERO SELF ESTEEM.

What do your likes even want sef, for all of social media to get shut down? I hope you know that nairaland is also social media.
Nairaland WILL also be BANNED if they keep allowing violent extremists, terrorist sympathisers, and anarchists to post on this site.

If you can't stand that, go jump in a river.
