Ken4ward:Theres something called arbitration. If Nigeria breaks up into Arewa, Biafra and Oduduwa, its must likely that an international arbitrator will be called in to look at the debt and liabilities of all 3 countries. The international arbitrator will then decide how the assets and liabilities should be shared |

International relationship is about deals. Just see it like this, any region that offers to pay some of the debts will be allowed to do business with the owed countries and any region that refuses will not be considered for business. |
