Enoch Adeboye, General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has defied the federal government’s Twitter ban.

The cleric on Monday posted a tweet reacting to the ban of the microblogging platform.

He said tweeting is in accordance with Article 19 of the UN universal declaration of human rights.

That's not a defiance. He could be outside Nigeria. Pastor Adeboye will not download VPN and start tweeting to show defiance. He is way too old and meek for that. And even if he is the one who sent it, that tweet has no tone of defiance sir.
If you or your company uses VPN and start tweeting to land yourself in Afghanistan, sir, don't put the blame on the MOG. The tweet is not a defiance and Nigerians outside Nigeria can still tweet from their devices and internet service provider.
