See, if government decide to close down a supermarket in your neighborhood because your state governor bought an expired product there. Is that an infringement on your rights?

You can go to another store now!

You people are just making Twitter more important than they should be.
For me, good riddance!

You blocked Twitter yet na you dey release statements everyday, Twitter just released one statement but the Nigerian government keeps releasing statements about it daily.

And people think it's Jack that's feeling the pain?

It's the Nigerian youths that are feeling the pain, Jack is still a billionaire, Jack is still revered worldwide but some Nigerian youths have lost their means of livelihood.

Buhari isn't fighting Twitter or it's founder, Buhari is fighting Nigeria's future i.e the Nigerian youths

It’s not only the youths, I’m over fifty and over 75% of my businesses is via Twitter.

Yes there are other platforms but I suspect that you don’t use Twitter heavily and why you underrate it’s reach.

Seun, we Nigerians are watching you.
Many of us have been supporting you for over a decade. You bring Twitter, Facebook and Instagram posts here always and you promoted these platforms which lead to the the exodus of many from Nairaland to these foreign platforms.

Don't be a spoiler. tawkrum.site is a very good replica of Twitter (I don't use Twitter though, I get all my news from Nairaland, I have been doing that since 2008.

Please promote these people. Let us all focus on Nigerian platforms.

As Twitter gained popularity, you and Linda ikeji lost a lot of your members.

Let us please lift ourselves up!
Thank you!
@ IamPlato....
What site is K00?

it's a social site from India that came to Nigeria after noticing the ban on twitter, they decided to take advantage so as to build their community... People are already carrying rumors that it is the government that went to bring the site from India... I don't know why nairaland decided to black list the site

Thanks for the info.

No,we don't want another foreign platform. We want our own.

I think tawkrum.site is Nigerian, owned by one Isaac Ogunsipe.

Choosing which of your rights to fight for is a losing strategy, fight for all your rights. Freedom of speech utys one of them.

Is it Twitter or Buhari that is limiting freedom of speech?
