**NOTES to IPOBiansThe above is where I stopped reading because I knew that the rest would be nonsense. How long have you stood on the sidelines wishing that Boko haram, killer herdsmen and ISWAP would fizzel out? They are all armed to the teeth, killing people daily, including Igbos How long have you stood on the sidelines wishing that injustice, nepotism unfairness that has characterised the Nigerian state would fizzle out? You probably stood on the sidelines when the security forces were massacring hundreds of unarmed Biafran protesters who were only exercising their constitutional right to freedom of expression Nigerians are the only people on earth who expect peace on top of a mountain of injustice |

The Op sentiment is flawed laced with many fallacy Like Nigeria stockpiling weapon since 1960laughable. He opined that Southeast are pushing for war by demanding for an independent Biafra state, they should enjoy the peace they have. This is just truth by half. Look at what is happening at Agatu in Benue State, how about Oyo state... There is unprovoked war practical brewing down there. The upcoming civil unrest is inevitable, with or without IPOB rhetorics, with or without Yoruba's diplomacy, with or without Intellectual community dialogue and write up like this. Fulani isues is primarily an Ideology, a dangerous, Illusive ideology of conquest. The only thing that is holding it back is the conquistadors don't have the intellectual capacity to execute it so they do it the best way they know how, through violence and blood like Utsman Don Fodio did. It has always been there, we just choose to play the ostrich, hoping civilization will diffuse the ideology. The only difference now is there is too dangerous ideologies in play in Nigeria. One wants to conquer Nigeria. The other wants to separate from Nigeria. What OP and other intellectual writer should be writing to his readers is to suggest how to survive the upcoming, inevitable unrest instead of advising imaginary IPOB. |

chival:Evolution does not give a shit about your big grammars and lengthy write-ups, it will always rid off spineless idiots from the surface of the earth. You may never know the battles your forefathers fought in order to stay alive and pass on their genes which happened to birth you. But should you become an idiot as you already are, evolution will end you and render all that sacrifices of your ancestors in vain. That is why, despite the fact that the Benue people were great warriors, that beautiful history will end with total deletion of their lives should they remain in this coward state of mind. You never asked yourself why despite the fact that the most civilised countries like the US and others who constantly preach peace, don't sit back but rather spend billions upon billions of dollars for security and warfare. Even Israel didn't sit back to pray and preach peace with her enemies, but prepares for war. See the amazing work of the defence dome. They are not stupid. Humans are wild animals before anything, and we live in a civilised jungle. So, if you loose guard you will pay with your life. Fulanis and Bubu understand that they are animals in their basic instincts, and they will strike to kill you. Wake the Bleep up! |

Some people get time oo. There must be something I don't just understand. Igbos must be Superhumans for every Tom and Jerry to be creating threads upon threads about them. |

gidgiddy:Shed your toga of bitterness and put on an unbiased mind when next you read it again. BH and Fulani have killed more Northerners than any other part of Nigeria. The writer is Igbo that's why he's concerned. Even after war, won't there be negotiations? Or you think if Biafra comes it's people like you or N K that'll control the political structure? It's the same corrupt politicians you have now that'll still be in charge. You either destroy yourselves with anger and bitterness or listen to him. |

This is ome of the best piece of how the reality will pan out. Let me say this here, alot of the people clamouring for war to start cant go a min or more without their devices. As borno people what war is. They never believed how torturous it is till they faced 3years of no network to make call not to mention browse the internet. This is just half a fraction of what war brings. The youths these days dont even have the brains to foresee out come of war just emotions. And at the end of the day those who are plying to get asylum somewhere else will not only be regarded as 3rd class citizens but as the lowest income earners anywhere. Because it’ll be believed they can accept qhat ever offer being made just to survive. In the paragraph you made mention of how the big boys dont reallycare about our war on interested in the bank. Let people who can reason well go read “Lords of poverty - Graham Hancock” This book spoke about how all the so called NGOs are part of what fuels war anywhere. Wake up! |

Minjim:If it is the same corrupt politicians in control in Nigeria, will be in control in Biafra, what is the point of being in Nigeria? Or should I as an Igbo man wait until Bandits decimate the North and head to the East before get off the sinking ship called Nigeria? Let the Nigerian state organise referendum instead of shouting war all the time |
