Excellent. But a robust transport system should be put in place. No serious nation relies on such nuisance like tricycle and 'senior bicycle' as their transport backbone. Even a whole capital city like Abuja has no solid transport system. Only Lagos and to some extent Port Harcourt has something one can take about.

Lagos does not have the audacity to try such. It can't happen, Fulani killer bike men would scatter the state. No state in SE and SS has okada operators in their major cities.

It's in order
why is it that when Okada and Keke are banned they enforce it and Everyone obeys. but How's it difficult To enforce the ban on open grazing in our states. Common helmet is hard to enforce in the north

I reside in Onitsha, the truth is; Keke is still very much active after 7pm but thier prices has doubled in some places. We no dey see police/army or any body for this side to enforce the law.

I have read the op's post and your point several times now and it's shocking.

How does this relate to IPOB and money?

Will you interpret the same if this order was made for Lagos or Kano or elsewhere?

The op's message was simple and clear to understand but you have decided to show yourself...

To whom brain is given, sense is expected.

Most IPOB members are okada and keke riders. They are the ones that went on rampage destroying property in the state during end sars. They are also used by the UGM to monitor places to attack.

Let them feel the impact of insecurity on their finances. Maybe they will have sense.
